I believe movement is medicine. My passion is helping people recover, rebuild, and return to the lives they love through a blend of science, compassion, and holistic care. I’m currently a junior at San Diego State University majoring in Kinesiology (Pre-Physical Therapy) with a minor in Cognitive & Behavioral Neuroscience Psychology. My journey combines clinical experience, leadership, and innovation across multiple areas of healthcare. To deepen my understanding of the mind-body connection in healing, I’m pursuing my RYT-200 Yoga Instructor certification, integrating movement science with mindfulness and recovery practices. Currently, I'm preparing for Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Graduate School applications, with an interest in pediatrics and sports rehabilitation. My goal is to bring together neuroscience, holistic movement, and patient-centered care to empower individuals in their health journeys.
