Although my experience is broad and deep, I prefer to explain what I do based on the impact I have and the personal passion I bring to my work. I’m a SENIOR DATA STRATEGIST expert at helping organizations make results driven decisions that matter. I build, promote, and foster a culture that executes an overall strategy for managing and utilizing relevant and applied data. Collectively, I have more than 15 years’ experience managing the overall data, evaluation, and performance measurement reporting for multiple internal and external stakeholders. Develop relevant performance indicators and condense sophisticated data analyses into simple, clear and understandable common language that is applied. Equip agency leaders, board of trustees and policy makers with data to make key decisions that affect the lives of vulnerable children and families. My relational building skills in involving the many voices that contribute to the story behind the numbers ensures that decisions are made based on mutually agreed upon results important to the well-being of children and families served. Playing a key role in interpreting results for all levels of data consumers (including direct service staff and service recipients), I promote continuous quality improvement (CQI). I’m proud that partners have often called me a “trusted source” for reliable information focused on data integrity. Most recently I led my organization to expand their knowledge base on the importance of permanent family relationships for youth served by the child welfare system by developing multi-level indicators of FAMILY PERMANENCE. Empowering the voice of direct service staff and service recipients validates the depth and breadth of the data.
