About Ellen Bantoc

I started working when I graduated way back 2017 as a Transaction Processing Analyst on the leading BPO company here in the Philippines while I was pursuing my master's degree. Most of my work is related to data analytics where I was dealing with policy creations since I was assigned to healthcare account. I was doing contracts fresh from sales department while coordinating with our offshore counterparts for accuracy. In this job, I was able to build my confidence in hansling different kind of people and was exposed to a feild far beyond what I have studied in college. This job gave me the opportunity toearn greater things outside of my comfort zone since I have to learn the in and out of the required skills and accuracy. After working for 2.4 years in this industry, I have decided to pursue a teaching career in the public school. I applied last 2019 and got hired. As a public school teacher in the Philippines, one should possess a multi-tasker skill. We do administrative work and at the same time teach. We do forms to prepare for the student's learning journey on top of the necessary paper works required by the department to check learner's progress. In this profession, I learned to manage my time as well as my resources in a possible way that I can for a meaningful learning.
