About Ellen Bilski

Based in Seattle, W.A, I am a Senior Director for Russell Investments’ Americas Institutional Sales team. I'm responsible for the ongoing management and support of the senior sales team that oversees and supports all Regional Directors clients and prospects across the United States. My leadership trains, supports, and provides coverage of Russell Investments best thinking across consulting, implementation services and OCIO services. My expertise of our clients and prospects and my ability to tailor our investment solutions remains a valuable resource in partnership with our Regional Directors to deliver unique investment solutions. I assumed this role in 2022. I joined the Institutional asset management space in 2014 and have since held a variety of roles including: Regional Director in the Northeast and Midwest of the United States responsible for ongoing management of key prospect and client accounts with a focus on OCIO services, management of the internal sales team, and an investment analyst role with a dedicated focus to non-profit and healthcare systems. Prior to roles within Institutional, I held roles within Russell Investments’ Operations team working with the various functions of individual fund reporting, expense accounting and budgeting. I earned my BA in Finance from the University of Washington and am FINRA licensed (Series 7 & 63). In my spare time I enjoy CrossFit, being on the water anywhere in the sun, spending time with friends, family & my gym community.
