About Ellen Camacho

I have been selling real estate in South Lake Tahoe since 2011. In 2016, I joined Sierra Sotheby's International Realty and am the managing broker for the South Lake Tahoe, CA and Stateline, NV offices. I am active with the South Tahoe Board of Realtors. I was voted Rookie of the Year in 2012; Secretary / Treasurer in 2013: Vice President in 2014; President Elect in 2015; President for 2016; 2017 Past President. I was awarded Realtor of the in Year 2016 by my local board. I was a Director for the California Association of Realtors from 2013 -2018. I have served on our local MLS committee since 2013. I also belong to the Sierra Nevada Realtors and have served on the Risk Reduction Committee since 2019. I started in real estate in 1983 in Woodland, California and have been a real estate broker since 1991. After relocating to South Lake Tahoe in 1994, I worked with my husband, Paul, in the insurance business. During this time we raised our two children, Katie and Chris. I have been involved in the community of South Lake Tahoe since 1994. I served as President for Soroptimist International of South Lake Tahoe in 2010 and remain active. I am also on the St. Theresa's Catholic Church Parish Council.
