As an Operations Administrator at NCP Finance for 10 years, I demonstrated organizational and team-building skills in a challenging and fast-paced setting. I successfully managed various administrative tasks, such as itinerary management, training and scheduling employees, policy and procedures, and customer service. I also contributed to process analysis and improvement, quality assurance, and compliance tracking, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations. One of my responsibilities was the planning and execution of a wide variety of corporate events-from the annual holiday party to golf outings for visiting executives! In addition to my administrative skills, I have a strong background in legal research and document drafting, which I acquired from my previous roles as an Assignment Commissioner and an Administrative Secretary at Kettering Municipal Court, and from my education in Paralegal and Business Administration and Management. I have researched various civil issues and drafted court decisions under the supervision of a magistrate, incorporating my understanding of Ohio legal procedure into daily office operations. I have also earned a Project Plus certification from CompTIA, demonstrating my ability to manage and support projects of any size or complexity. I am a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for learning and a drive to succeed.
