About Ellen Cregan

My journey from healthcare to strategy-driven marketing and program management reflects a passion for creating meaningful change on a systemic level. With a foundation in mental health and wellness, I am now leveraging my strategic and creative skills to make bigger-picture impacts. I hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and a Diploma in Youth Mental Health, giving me a deep understanding of human behavior and communication. This foundation has shaped my ability to develop trust, foster relationships, and execute strategies that truly connect with people. As the founder of Everglow Therapy, I built a healthcare business from the ground up, where I gained hands-on experience in brand development, content creation, and community engagement. From crafting compelling marketing campaigns to designing targeted client strategies, I’ve honed the skills to deliver impactful results. More recently, I’ve expanded my expertise into event management, social media strategy, and operational efficiency in roles with TEG Life Like Touring and Heaps Normal. My work spans crafting data-driven marketing strategies, executing large-scale activations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. I’m a lifelong learner, 500-hour trained yoga teacher, middle distance runner (PB half marathon 2:11:32, 10km 50:50) and always seeking new opportunities to grow and create change. Whether it’s optimising a campaign, planning a strategic initiative or fitness related, I love a challenge that requires dedication and creativity.
