About Ellen Davis

I am an experienced Baccalaureate prepared Oncology Certified RN, currently working both inpatient and outpatient in the oncology specialty field. I recently relocated to Sacramento, California returning home after 10 years, and to continue pursuing my passion for oncology nursing.I have a bachelors in Nursing from San Diego State University and started my nursing career in inpatient oncology on a 30 bed medical surgical acute care unit in sunny San Diego. I have mastered my role as a bedside nurse, I am a chemotherapy and bio-therapy provider as well as an Oncology Certified Nurse, acting as a vital resource on my unit to other RNs. I have also recently spent the last year as a part-time infusion RN at a gynecologic cancer office, learning outpatient knowledge and skills. My peers and patients see me as a resource for strong clinical knowledge and can also describe me as a bright and bubbly person who always has a smile. I am truly excited to further my nursing experience in a new environment and city.
