ITP’s mission is to provide both sustained and transitional evidence based support at a minimum of expense to clients by focusing on insurance-billable models, services, and practices. We believe in a team based collaborative approach to ensure that our clients are able to access the most appropriate services to meet their individual needs. We believe in intentionally providing and contriving accessible opportunities that support growth and learning, utilizing local infrastructure and resources. ITP strives to provide the highest quality services for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities with a primary focus on achieving positive long-term health outcomes and increased independence and personal liberty of clients We believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity. The emphasis is always client achievement and maximizing the individuals’ potential in the home, school, and the community to create lasting change throughout their lives. ITP also intends to work creatively towards the application of behavioral practice into unfamiliar and/or unexplored areas both for research and for the benefit of clients and staff. ITP adheres to the ethical guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our clients in such a manner that we do not believe their long term health outcomes are more likely to be negative and made free from undue scrutiny or otherwise curtailed freedom. Philosophy ITP supports evidence-based treatment methods based in the principles and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis including but not limited to Verbal Behavior strategies, Natural Environment Training (NET), Fluency Based Instruction, and Direct Instruction. An individual’s program is individualized to meet their needs.
