I help people raise their game with purpose and confidence. I call my coaching philosophy "The Soft Art of Radical Change". What this means is that I can help you make small changes that will result in significant improvements in your career. Thirty years as a business leader in Advertising and Communications brought me great success, but at a price that became too high to pay…unbearable and toxic stress was made me miserable. I finally decided to take my own advice and made the choice to live the life that made me happy and work in a career that I loved. I’ve coached and mentored some of the top talent in the healthcare communications industry, and it became clear to me that being smart was no longer enough to be successful. Sure, being smart matters, but how would you define smart in a world where kids who can’t legally drink can be titans of business? The truth is that you need a lot more to be successful…you need the intangibles such as a strong belief in yourself, vision, intuition and leadership skills. I started Ellen Fields Coaching + Consulting because my strength is helping people to overcome whatever obstacle is in their way and be the best versions of themselves.
