About Ellen Grosso

I moved to Denver over 20 years ago to follow my dream to become a Division I women's basketball recruiting coordinator. Coaching has been my passion for a very long time and has given me the invaluable skills to lead, influence and mentor those around me. After 15 years of coaching college basketball, I was highly recruited to test my experience and coaching skills in the financial world as a retail manager. I quickly understood my role and was promoted to an Assistant Vice President. My corporate experience and mentorship in the financial world taught me a lot, but more importantly, it allowed me to grow personally and professionally as well as extend my network in the community. As a former athlete and coach, I always look to maximize potential, in myself, others, and the results we all can achieve together. I bring hard work, passion and honed skill when taking on new challenges.
