As Head of Strategy & Portfolio Management I have a dual role, as steward of the company strategy and as lead of the Portfolio Management Team, responsible for setting the direction for the portfolio and managing the company’s key active molecules. Previous to that, I spent ten years in diverse roles within the agricultural sector, working in marketing, sustainability and business development – in markets throughout Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa. In 2019, I completed an MBA at IE Business School, a top European business school based in Madrid, graduating on the Dean's List. In 2023, I was a participant in the Mitsui Global Management Academy, an executive education program at Harvard Business School. I look forward to continuing my career within a global context, working with a diverse range of people and solving interesting problems.
