About Ellen Koo

With over 17 years of experience across Asia, I am a business development executive who excels in building strategic partnerships, driving sales growth, and integrating technology with business to create market value and innovation. Currently, I lead the Business Development team in China at SERVEONE Co. Ltd, Asia's largest industrial procurement service provider focusing on MRO services and digital transformation of our client companies. In my previous roles, I have delivered impressive results and achievements, such as: masterminding the market entry strategies and driving a 47% CAGR at a US firm in Korea, opening new client sectors; leading China's Business Development team of a Korean company, multiplying revenue fivefold and expanding the market presence; creating a knowledge service platform, securing 30+ high-profile clients, including Chaebols and global consulting firms, in three years; managing a $25 million portfolio, establishing 30+ global client relationships; collaborating with government bodies on strategic partnerships; and advocating for women's leadership as an IPWS board member. What drives me is my passion for merging technology with business to drive innovation and market value, as well as my commitment to societal contributions, diversity, and inclusion.
