About Ellen Laanemets

Working as a Human Recources Developer at Ateliér Türke. I’m a curious and committed HR professional with broad experience in technical recruitment, organizational development, certification processes, and business development. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of Sweden’s largest industrial companies – primarily helping to identify and attract the right talent in close collaboration with engineering and production managers. In addition to HR, I’ve also worked in sales and account management, which has given me a strong sense of the business side and the importance of building strong relationships – both internally and externally. As an HR developer in international environments, I’ve worked in organizations where change, cultural awareness, and structure are part of everyday life. I’ve also been involved in ISO certification work, which requires patience, attention to detail, and a structured mindset. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development, and while my main focus has always been on people and organizations, I’ve also developed a strong interest in technology and innovation along the way. I also have a background as an elite-level handball player, which from an early age taught me how to manage my time, set goals, and work with focus and determination to reach them. It also shaped my mindset around teamwork, discipline, and performance – both individually and as part of a team – which I continue to carry into my professional life.
