I connect people and AI – to make work easier. I combine over 30 years of experience in medical data and information management with solid expertise in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and change management. My goal is to help organizations truly understand and productively apply AI – for greater efficiency, stability, and enjoyment at work. I support companies in identifying and implementing AI use cases bringing Generative AI into everyday practice (chatbots, tools, knowledge bases, new workflows) building data quality as a foundation for AI empowering employees and reducing resistance bridging gaps between business units, IT, compliance, and management Continuous upskilling is my foundation. Years ago, I went through a similar transformation in web development – from classical information management to modern, interactive online solutions. Today, I continue this learning journey with Artificial Intelligence: practical, reflective, and focused on creating real organizational value. Since 2022, I have been systematically developing my skills across all relevant areas of AI, data analytics, and process automation. I don’t just study what AI can do – I explore how organizations can use it meaningfully and productively. 2025 – Copilot in Microsoft environments, AI-based project management, process automation with agents (IHK), Python 2024 – Digital Ethics & EU AI Act, Generative AI Expert (IHK), Prompting & Agent Functionality 2023 – Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (Low Code) & Machine Learning (IHK) 2022 – AI Management (IHK / appliedAI Munich), Digital & Change Management (IHK), early experimentation with ChatGPT Plus and AI tools for SMEs AI is not an end in itself but a tool to support people in their work. I translate technological progress into practical, human-centered solutions – with structure, empathy, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Through networks such as BVMW Mittelstand Munich, AI-Café IHK Oberrhein, and the Bitkom Academy, I stay continuously up to date – focusing on AI-driven workplaces and practical agent functionality in SMEs. I’m always open to exchange and new collaborations.
