Because an organization grows when people grow, and that is what I dedicate myself to every day with lots of energy and enthusiasm. As Learning and Development Advisor I am committed to support Agrifirm to accomplish her mission: ‘creating a responsible food chain for future generations’. I like to contribute to the strategic objectives and challenges by creating learning solutions with sustainable impact on the performance and behavior of employees, managers and teams. I am the happiest when I work in a (cross functional) team and in a dynamic, innovative, sustainable and purpose driven organization. I have more than 10 years of experience in Learning & Development and my main responsibilities are- L&D advise to HR and Business (Directors, Managers and Employees)- L&D Project Management - Program Manager - including design and implementation of learning solutions - Internal facilitator STAR journey (organiation culture program)- Insights Discovery Practitioner & facilitator workshops Characteristics of my working methods: trusted advisor, enthusiastic, curious, empathic, analytical, good listener and communicator, connector, result driven, well organized and team player.
