Background

About Ellen Louise Blackwelder

I’m a results driven professional with a passion for building efficient systems, streamlining operations, and leading cross functional initiatives from concept to execution. Most recently at RXO, I led efforts to improve internal processes and implement scalable solutions that increased efficiency, enhanced user experience, and supported long-term growth. I specialize in developing clear workflows, aligning teams around shared goals, and ensuring operational consistency through well documented systems and training. I’m particularly skilled at translating complex needs into actionable plans, fostering collaboration across departments, and delivering measurable outcomes. Now open to new opportunities, I’m looking to bring my strengths in project management, team leadership, and process development to a mission-driven organization where I can continue to make an impact.
