I am an authentic and passionate servant leader, dedicated to creating environments that empower others to thrive. Currently, I serve as the Associate Dean of Hospital Operations and Chief Veterinary Officer at Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine. With extensive experience in strategic leadership, change management, organizational management, corporate affairs, professional development, strategic partnerships, and veterinary associations & conferences, I bring a diverse skill set to the table. My scientific training equips me with proficiency in study design, data collection, and technical publications in the field of oral pathology and veterinary dentistry. My professional marketing experience encompasses brand marketing, communications, trade media, and public relations. I have experience managing an inbound veterinary consultation service, focusing on marketing strategy for growth and sustainability, metrics, and customer insights. I have worked in Customer Development leading, coaching, and developing a professional field team of veterinarians that engaged with generalist and specialist hospitals. An advocate for personal leadership, I co-led the development of an internal affinity network, Women Empowered, and facilitated a Fundamentals of Leadership experiential learning course. As an experienced presenter, I have delivered presentations on both technical and professional skills. My skills encompass change management, strategic planning, personal leadership, public speaking, education, communication, people management, training, development, research, technical communications, marketing communications, and oral care. I am passionate about making a positive impact through my work, and eager to connect with like-minded professionals and explore potential collaborations to drive our shared goals forward.
