Background
About Ellen M. Nacik
I am an Implementation Science Specialist with a record of successfully translating evidence-based practices and programs (EBPs), with fidelity, into real-world settings across education, health, and social services. My expertise is: 1. applying evidence-based approaches to achieve tangible and meaningful outcomes in public sector environments; 2. building local team capacity to manage the implementation of EBPs effectively over time, and 3. leveraging the use of multiple types of data sources to inform, guide, improve, and sustain outcomes. My professional career involves active implementation, i.e," making it happen." I drive positive, measurable change by aligning research-backed frameworks with the unique strengths of public sector teams and organizations to achieve socially relevant outcomes.
