I have become a master of organization and efficiency, and thrive on managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and ensuring seamless operations. In my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside some of Australia’s most visionary entrepreneurs and business people. I thrive on partnering with high-performing leaders and enabling them to stay focused on the big picture while ensuring every detail behind the scenes runs smoothly, both professionally and personally. Over the years, I’ve led teams on global missions, run complex events and conferences, sourced and fit out offices, fostered company culture, and supported production across multiple seasons of television series. These diverse experiences have shaped me into the dynamic, proactive operator I am today. I believe every founder and leader needs a strong EA by their side to truly reach their potential. While I'm known for getting things done and doing them well, I’ve also learned the importance of slowing down to enjoy life along the way. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring Australia in a caravan with my family, or deep in a DIY renovation project.
