I am a founding partner of Young and McCarthy. With more than 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer, my areas of practice include all types of transportation accidents, including trucking, aviation and motor vehicle accidents. From 2005-2009, as one of the 18 appointed members of the Ohio Supreme Court Board of Bar Examiners, I was responsible for writing essay questions for the bar exam and grading the answers of bar applicants.I am the Treasurer of the Ohio Association for Justice, the only statewide association of attorneys dedicated to protecting our Constitutional rights and preserving access to the civil justice system.I am a founding member of the Irish Bar Association of Cleveland, a former Board Member of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys and a former trustee of Youth Challenge.
