Working in Diageo based in Saint James's Gate Brewery as a Brewing and Fermentation Day Manager in Brewing Operations. Completed the Diageo Supply Graduate program, with the experience across three different areas of the supply chain. First year of the Scheme was spent in Saint James' Gate Brewery in Dublin based in the brewing function. My Second year was spent in the Global supply headquarters in Edinburgh as a member of the Market Engagement Team. My final year of the scheme was based in Baileys Mallusk Belfast working in lean manufacturing as the Manufacturing Excellence lead on site. Then spent over 2 years working as a Supply Scheduler in Saint James's gate, across operations and supply chain. Previous experience includes working in the pharmaceutical industry both on plant as part of a Technical Development team (GSK) and as a member of a diverse innovative R&D team (APC).
