Over the last twenty years, Ellen Minderman has led commercialization teams at Medtronic in Spine, Neurosurgery, Pain Stimulation, Movement Disorders, Orthopedics, and Breast Reconstruction. Her functional expertise includes leadership roles in Product Marketing, Medical Education, Sales Training, Conventions, Communications, and Digital Marketing. More recently, Ellen has started doing fractional CMO work for LaunchWell MedTech Advisors where her focus is developing Marketing strategies that address complex problems and build value for smaller MedTech companies.
