Background

About Ellen Molloy Murphy

I’m a recent business graduate currently participating in the daa graduate program, gaining strong exposure to a broad range of operational and strategic functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a recent BCIT graduate, with hands-on experience in hospitality, and a current graduate role at daa, I bring a unique mix of client-focused service and operational insight. During my studies at UCD, I worked part-time in the hospitality sector, where I developed strong interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills, which I further developed through my position as secretary of the UCD Spanish Society. During my degree, I took part in an Erasmus exchange in Universidad Carlos de Madrid which gave me the opportunity to strengthen my multicultural mindset, adaptability, and independence, while achieving my C1 level in Spanish. It also strengthened my communication skills and my ability to navigate new environments—essential qualities in professional environments. I'm always open to connecting with professionals across industries to learn from different paths and experiences.
