My background in innovation has also given me a great interest in how technology and artificial intelligence can support leaders and employees by making work simpler, more efficient, and more meaningful. Before moving into the SaaS and HR tech industry—where I now have nearly six years of experience—I worked in leadership roles in the luxury hospitality sector. There, I served top management and learned the true value of customer focus, empathy, and service excellence. I also gained hands-on experience in fostering employee engagement.
