I have been helping buyers & sellers with all their real estate needs since 1980. With a background in accounting, having practiced that for 10 years prior to going into real estate, I have knowledge of all aspects of the real estate transaction. Originally from Atlanta, I grew up in Coral Gables, FL. 1970 – I graduated with BBA from University of Georgia Terry College of Business, major in accounting 1970 - 1980 Price Waterhouse, Audit Department, ATICO Financial, Assistant Comptroller 1980 - Present — Licensed as a Real Estate Salesman in 1980 and a Real Estate Broker in 1984; 1980 - 1996 Prudential Florida Realty (originally Cousins & Assoc.) in Coral Gables, FL 1996 - 2013 Weston Realty, resale division of Arvida, Developer of the city of Weston, FL. Real estate sales in partnership with husband. Consistently ranked #1 in sales in the City of Weston, Top 5 Realtors in Broward County & in the top 1/2% of all Realtors in the US; also I was with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, then ONE Sotheby’s International Real Estate - Broker-Associate. 2013 — Present Amelia Island Plantation Real Estate, Coldwell Banker The Amelia Group; Currently Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Partners on Amelia Island as a Broker-Associate I have been in Fernandina Beach since August 2013 and although I have not yet achieved the level of production that I had while in S. FL. I am working very hard to get there once again! My closed sales during my 39+ year Real Estate career amount to more than after working my way up to more than $25 million/year consistent production before relocating. 2004 - 2010 In addition to real estate, I owned & operated a gourmet kitchen store & gift shop, It's In The Kitchen, in Weston Committees on which I have served as a Realtor: Professional Standards, Grievance, Realtor-Lawyer & Membership Committees as well as serving on the Board of Directors, with the Coral Gables Association of Realtors.
