Hi there, My name is Ellen Nickodemus, and I am a recent graduate of the University of Miami's Herbert Business School. Throughout my college career, I struggled to find a major that truly resonated with me, leading to some uncertainty about my future career path. To support myself, I worked in various restaurants serving during my four years of college, but I always felt there was more fulfilling work out there. Through my hospitality experience, I strengthened my organizational skills, and learned to thrive working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, all while honing my interpersonal abilities to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Using what I've learned from my business law degree, I hope to combine my spunky, outgoing attitude with the skills I’ve gained to flourish in a collaborative, team-based environment. I’m eager to apply my passion for problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to connect with people toward the success of a dynamic organization. I look forward to connecting!
