About Ellen Nokkala

I have over 12 years marketing, partnership and loyalty experience in some of the biggest loyalty programs in Finland. Building loyalty and driving sales is my passion. My goal in my past role as a Key Account Manager at K-Plussa was to build long-term and mutually beneficial partner relationships. I was able to increase Plussa sales in my partner organisations. I was also responsible for big marketing campaigns that increased the number of K-Plussa Mastercards as well as increased the usage of the card. I am always striving to bring 100 % to the work that I do. I have strong knowledge in data driven marketing and digital marketing. I am very proud that I have been able to develop customer communication and increase sales in all of the customer loyalty programs I have worked for. I have vast network of colleagues and partners around Finland, Estonia and Sweden.
