As a former manager at a global contract research organization, my focus was on leading and developing high-performing teams in clinical project coordination, which included hiring, mentoring, and managing Clinical Project Coordinators. This role demanded a meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, ensuring that all projects were timely, met rigorous standards, and advanced public health objectives. My tenure included fostering collaborative relationships with NIH institutes, public-private partnerships, and biopharma entities, providing not just administrative support but also strategic planning and resource management. Prior to my time with the contract research organization, I was an executive / sales coordinator in the building components manufacturing industry. Within this role I fostered collaborative relationships between internal departments and external customers to ensure the successful production and timely delivery of building components and accessories. In addition, I provided a high level of discretion and confidentiality in managing the daily activities of the senior executive team.
