About Ellen Pepper

I’ve had quite a varied career, but the common thread through it all has been helping people and keeping things running smoothly. I started out in nursing and disability care, then moved into sales with the NDL Features department before finding my place at NBN Television, where I spent nearly eight years in administration, reception, and commercial traffic — learning the ins and outs of a busy media environment and loving the mix of structure and creativity. After taking seven years off to raise my kids (and juggle the family bookwork along the way!), I returned to work in a customer service role for Telstra Business provisioning business NBN connections. I quickly picked up the systems and processes and ended up handling end-to-end fibre connections, becoming the go-to person for NBN queries and support. I’m now excited to find my next opportunity — somewhere I can put my organisation skills, people focus, and can-do attitude to good use in administration, customer service, or operations support.
