Rieback Medical Legal Consultants, Inc. was founded by and is directed by Ellen J. Rieback, R.N. Ms. Rieback is a registered nurse licensed in New York, California and Florida. For the past 33 years, she has dedicated herself to offering the best possible medical and nursing expert witnesses for the legal profession. Ms. Rieback screens each expert’s credentials and tries to ensure their willingness to give truthful, unbiased opinions and testimony for both plaintiffs and defendants. Ms. Rieback is available to speak with all the attorneys about their cases and doesn’t delegate this job to her employees. She plays an active role in the medical expert witness selection process and helps the attorneys facilitate getting the most qualified medical expert that will be thorough, accessible, knowledgeable, articulate and able to give an opinion specific to the case at hand.
