A lifelong resident of the Greater Capital Region Ellen Ritchie has been practicing Real Estate for over 10 years. She has worked across all areas of residential real estate with a significant focus on new construction relocation and seasonal rentals. Having worked extensively with a number of the area's prominent builders in addition to her personal experience in purchasing new construction she is sound in her knowledge and is able to offer her clients unique and first-hand insight. Having laid down her roots in Saratoga Springs Ellen loves to take advantage of all that the Racing City and its surrounding areas have to offer. With keen equestrian interests Ellen has competed as both a hunter and a jumper and during the winter months she enjoys skiing in both New York and Vermont. She continues to root herself in the community as a member of the Capital Region Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) the Greater Capital Region Association of Realtors (GCAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
