About Ellen Santos

I have been passionate about words and communication since I was a child, as well as being a visual and somewhat curious type of person. After finishing high school, I was determined to start my degree in Languages. During my time at the university, I have worked as a Young Apprentice in an administrative department and I have also taken my first step toward a degree as an English Teacher and Instrumental English Teacher in a language course and a preparatory course, respectively. Besides that, I have been working as a volunteer in a multimedia group in a local church, where I work in the Internal Communication area developing presentations using Agile Methodologies with Simple Language during the performance of the activities. Due to this contact with the Communication area and the need to transmit a clear, cohesive and objective message to the public, I became interested in the UX field, more precisely UX Writing, and decided to make the career transition. Since then, I have researched and specialized myself in the area through training courses, mentorships, workshops, consumption of content on the subject on Medium. The goal is to keep moving forward!
