With over 25 years of experience, Ellen is an accomplished project manager and instructional design professional. Throughout her career she has worked with professional services firms managing high profile initiatives. She has extensive experience partnering with key decision makers to determine learning needs that are in alignment with overall organizational goals, and then managing the design, development and implementation of the programs. Ellen’s extensive experience and thought leadership has provided her with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the application of those principles in the development of enterprise learning projects including classroom, eLearning and virtual classroom solutions for professional services clients. She is well versed in NASBA requirements and the implementation of CPE compliant programs. Ellen has demonstrated proficiency in project and people management, instructional design and development, and client relationship management.
