I am a thoughtful, visionary leader with exceptional communication and presentation skills and the competency in dealing with senior management, Government, staff, elders and community members. I love to influence, inspire and lead people to achieve organizational goals. My leadership style is personable and supportive whether I am working with colleagues, staff, or out in the community. I have worked in many different sectors so I adapt easily to new situations and can use my strengths to navigate complex challenges.
