About Ellen Vitale

I own and operate a small yoga studio in West Deptford, NJ. I hold classes open to the public Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. My classes are for all levels of fitness and place a high emphasis on breathing techniques called "pranayama". I offer private lessons in home or at my studio. I am also a children's yoga teacher at Children's Montessori Schoolhouse in Woodbury, NJ. I teach my own specialized program of yoga and meditation for the mentally ill at Community Council for Mental Health and Mental Retardation in Philadelphia. I am currently accepting new clients for my children's yoga classes, and also yoga for special populations. Specialties: Teaching yoga to special populations including the elderly, the blind, autistic, mental retarded, mentally ill, those with cerebral palsey, stroke and paraplegia. Teaching yoga to children, couples yoga, partner yoga. I am certified in Thai Yoga Massage.
