No matter where I've worked, from my first entrepreneurial hustle at age 12 as a little league concession stand subcontractor to training young people nationally on how to increase voter turnout among their network, my mission is always to identify weaknesses and/or opportunities and provide potential solutions. My professional standards are high - I aim to fill gaps like kintsugi, not just filler. I care about details, build smart processes, and am always striving for improvement. Putting others first is my default, and my secret superpower is finding the humor in nearly any scenario (ask me about my custom Slackmojis). I have extensive experience in streamlining project management functions with a strong understanding of training, learning, and development. I am experienced in assessing training programs and proposing robust solutions in line with company objectives. I have the ability to coordinate with internal program, data and operations departments, and external key partners to define objectives and roadmaps of training programs. In all my previous roles, I have been instrumental in developing and executing enterprise-wide programs in accordance with organizational goals.
