About Elli Amadis

Through obtaining my Diploma in Community Services I have gained hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in mental health, disability, aged care, family & domestic violence and youth work. This qualification has enabled me to do a practical placement at a Private School. This experience taught me how to support young people with their goals best. The areas of support I would provide to youth included holistic, evidence-based mental health support and career planning. I gained experience in intake & assessment and formally referred students to various social services/networks if required. As someone who is deeply passionate about healthcare and community services, I'm constantly seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise. For me, there's nothing quite as rewarding as supporting others on their journey to better health and well-being. It's a source of purpose, fulfilment, and true happiness. As a community services professional, I have a passion for serving the elderly population. Aged Care & Gerontology is where I specialize and find the most fulfilment in my work. There's nothing quite like the satisfaction of helping seniors maintain their dignity and independence while ensuring their well-being. I'm proud to be a part of this vital sector and look forward to continuing to impact the lives of our elderly community positively. Let's work together to make a positive impact in our communities.
