Open for Board of Director roles! Experienced business leader, with extensive experience of leading and developing consumer brands and consumer businesses. Experience from petcare / pet industry, speciality retail and restaurant industry, where I have worked mainly with Private Equity owners. In my current role as the CEO of Jungle Juice Bar, I lead a restaurant chain of 40+ juice bars in Finland, with a total of over 300 employees, 12MEUR revenue and a full P&L responsibility for the business. Together with the team we have successfully entered to grocery sales channel and made a business turn around with positive EBIT result in 2024. WHAT ARE MY STRENGHTS? My core competencies are people leadership and developing company culture. I’m at my best creating inspiration and meaningful purpose at work, and I’m experienced in business turn arounds and change & crisis management. I create clarity, improve processes and crystallizes roles & responsibilities. These elements have been behind of all efficiency and performance improvements which I have achieved in different roles and organizations.
