Chief Impact Officer with experience in strategy, policy and evaluation across justice, education, arts and charity sectors. Skilled in strategy design and implementation, as well delivering research and evaluation projects. I have led participatory and trauma-informed research, translated complex evidence into actionable recommendations, shaped organisational development, and guided boards through strategic decision-making. Confident in stakeholder engagement across public, private and third sectors. I am a practitioner-scholar with a PhD in Criminology, legal training (dual qualified as a solicitor and barrister) and have extensive experience in impact leadership, strategy development, charity governance and programme/service design. My approach is underpinned by a strong commitment to social justice, human rights, and equity, with a particular belief in education as a catalyst for positive change. I am passionate about evidence-based policy and dedicated to ensuring that research, evaluation, and insights are usable, practical, and impactful.
