Recent Master’s in Science with Honours in Immunology Graduate from the University of Glasgow. As part of my Master’s I took part in a year long work placement at the CRUK Scotland Institute with Dr. Edward Roberts Lab. I primarily worked on a project optimising a “co-detection by indexing” pipeline for use on the lymph nodes of influenza mouse models to study immune cell interactions over the course of infection. As a result I am proficient at image pre-processing using ImageJ, highly multiplexed microscopy, immunohistochemistry, antibody conjugations, gel electrophoresis, histology and tissue clearing. I also have experience in flow cytometry, qRT-PCR and tissue culture.
