Background

About Ellie Jacques

I facilitate character strength development through project management, professional development training, and curriculum writing services. I am a skilled writer, public speaker, and group facilitator and have much experience executing on vision, researching and synthesizing information, and reviewing organizational processes for effectiveness and efficiency. I have experience teaching and working in-person, online, and in outdoor recreation contexts. I have taught students in ten countries in a wide range of demographics including engineers, government employees, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams; first generation college students, formerly incarcerated persons, immigrants, and women in addiction recovery; individuals experiencing homelessness, or identifying as having disabilities; as well as faculty and staff at secondary and post secondary education institutions and non-profits. I seek employment in an organization that works towards equity by supporting underrepresented students and actively seeking to change policy that seeks to marginalize.
