Background
About Ellie van Luit
Since July 2023, I have led the pioneering effort to establish 1st Brigade, 11th Airborne Division’s Holistic Health & Fitness (H2F) program, managing a diverse team of health and performance professionals to support over 3,500 soldiers in harsh Arctic conditions. Our work is pivotal in ensuring that the Arctic Wolves maintain peak physical and cognitive capabilities. My skills honed at the 56th Fighter Wing as an embedded performance physical therapist for F-35 and F-16 pilots and prior while providing care to law enforcement and first responders, continue to fuel my approach to holistic health, crafting tailored strategies for exceptional tactical athlete performance in challenging environments. The opinions and views expressed here belong solely to the author and do not necessarily reflect those of the Department of War (DoW) or its components.
