About Ellie Walker
I recently graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor's in Science and a minor in Counseling. While studying full-time at Auburn, I worked part-time as a Shift Leader, Training Supervisor, and Barista at Highlands Café. As well as taking night classes through Highlands College Evening to aid my dream of working in ministry. Highlands College Evening gave me many opportunities to grow my ministry experience like being a Teaching Assistant and a Ministry Training Advisor. These two roles helped to develop my multi-tasking skills, as I was a student while also leading the current semester I was in; helped me learn how to give constructive feedback, and help students in their ministry development. I continue to be an active member at my church, Church of the Highlands. Through interning at Church of the Highlands as a Student Small Group Coordinator and a 252 Small Group Intern helped me develop critical thinking skills, how to lead a team, and how to develop administrative skills.
