Founder of Ekvilum, a boutique leadership development firm. Advisor and executive coach with a strong track record of helping leaders develop in areas of performance, role transitions, relationship management and overall wellbeing. Work with senior level clients and startups/scaleups across a number of industries including fintech, management consulting, private equity, and financial services through coaching, training and mentoring. I started Ekvilum to support (mainly) female leaders in fintech, to go from feeling restrained in their lives and careers, to feeling empowered, strong and decisive! It is possible to perform at your peak without losing yourself or the relationships that matter to you, I have a long career behind me in Finance and Fintech in London and Copenhagen, where I worked with business development, project- and product management, as well as in relationship management and business analysis. I have always felt at home in challenging, high pressure financial environments, where I have used my combination of business and technical skills. I find that they still serve me well in my new endeavors, as I understand the world most of my clients come from.
