As the SVP of Home Decor at Orly Corporation, I lead a team of talented buyers and merchandisers who source, curate, and manage a diverse portfolio of products and vendors for the wholesale and e-commerce channels. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, I have a keen eye for trends, quality, and customer needs, and a passion for creating compelling and profitable assortments that reflect the Orly brand and vision.In my role, I also leverage my skills in JDA, trend forecasting, and store management to optimize inventory, pricing, and merchandising strategies, and to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments and functions. I have successfully launched and grown several product categories, such as bedding, bath, and rugs, and have established and maintained strong relationships with key accounts and suppliers.
