I am the Services Lead Cost Planner at Lendlease Sydney. I am responsible for ensuring that we resource and provide services cost planning expertise consistently across our national pipeline for the Building and Property business units. I provide services support on a wide range of projects from budget estimating through to hard dollar tender submissions and oversee the building services commercial aspects in the acquisition of new work, provide accurate forecasting of current trade costs within the market, carry out the creation and estimation of change control and major variations, support the project teams in the evaluation of commercial risks, undertake and assess value engineering solutions, and develop and maintain strong industry relationships.
