About Elliot Johnston

Sustainability teams sit at the heart of the most important business transformation any of us will see in our lifetimes. The voices coming from those teams will be the most powerful tool in activating the changes that we need to see. They will also go on to be the strongest advocates for amplifying the value our businesses bring to the social and economic landscape that lies ahead of us - as long as they're equipped to identify the right messages, stories and golden nuggets of inspiration. It's my mission to help these teams to communicate their transformation roadmaps and their business's societal value with clarity, velocity and optimism- Work history: Off the back of a post-university summer managing a rural West Country pub, I clipped into the world of road cycling journalism and spent three years spinning through the landscape of online publishing. It took a stint covering the painfully slow development of effective cycling infrastructure for me to grasp the sustainable development battle we are all intrinsically a part of. An MSc in Sustainability and Management from the University of Bath followed. And, in the years since I have acquired a fluency in the languages of creative sustainability strategy, behaviour change and agile project and programme management. I have worked with some brilliantly ambitious organizations during this period - from Shell and Multiplex to AS Roma and BT.
