About Elliot McCraw

My organizational and communicational skills were first developed as an instructor of martial arts before I enlisted. This set me apart from my peers later when I again implemented these skills as an airmen leader at Air Force tech school. Having deployed in the military as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Specialist I have worked in a fast pasted, high stress environments while maintaining attention to detail and a high quality standard required to accomplish the mission. Upon returning to reserve statues I attended Tarleton State University to complete my Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology. There I sharpened my skills in spatial reasoning and design by participating in several projects including a senior project with Lockheed Martin involving the F-35 wing assembly. This involved streamlining and improving technician processes by 3D modeling and rapid prototyping specialized tools. In short, my ability to receive and express detailed information through oral, written and visual communication combined with my interpersonal, leadership and organization skills allow me to perform vital functions in and fast-pasted, team oriented environment.
