I am an adaptive and tech-savvy professional with decades of experience working with people, computers, and software. I was curious and got an early start, building my first PC at the age of 14 and was an OS and MS-DOS command line wizard, a user of BBS systems which were like an early version of the web, using modems on a phone lines, and managed a PC software/hardware store during high school. Currently I perform digital marketing, SEO and website updates for Winemaker Charles Smith's group of brands (Wines of Substance), and perform marketing, social media, and tech support for my local taphouse, The Growler Guys Seattle.My strongest strength is that I can learn a new system and figure out optimal ways of using it, then administrate, support, and train another group of users. I am likeable and friendly, and a good writer/communicator. I put this skill to great use during my years at 1105 Media, where I was the Web Applications Specialist and later Senior Systems Administrator, setting up and controlling a huge amount of content and web pageviews, working in the TDWI, Public Sector, and Lead Services divisions.I specialize and have experience in: HTML, CSS, and other web-related skills, including internet marketing (SEO / SMM/ SEM / PPC, etc), web CMS administration (Sitecore, Wordpress, Article Live); PC hardware & software expertise; mobile devices; training/support; social media marketing / management; command-line; account management; customer service; eCommerce.
